Network Management Architect To act as the technical prime within Paradigm Services for the specification, acceptance and implementation of network management, operational support and billing systems. Job band 6/7To act as the technical prime within Paradigm Services for the specification, acceptance and implementation of network management, operational support and billing systems. Role Responsibilities • Develop and document the requirements for network management systems within PSL to ensure optimum use of available technology within the market place. • Lead technical discussions with the prime contractor to ensure that the delivered Skynet 5 NMS delivers the operational capability required and are fit for purpose. • Undertake technical system acceptance of the Skynet 5 network management system. Develop the requirements for the PAN network management system. Lead the contract placement and implementation tasks to deliver a fully operational system in line with user requirements.
