Quality Manager Based at Stevenage this role is to ensure that all developments in Paradigm implement an appropriately tailored set of the requirements of the quality manual and maintain compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Supplier (principally Astrium) quality surveillance, ensuring (via regular formal and semi-formal mechanisms) that Quality aspects of the subcontracted tasks are implemented, documented and reported. Includes vendor assessments.Paradigm Quality Assurance, to ensure that all developments in Paradigm implement an appropriately tailored set of the requirements of the quality manual and maintain compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Business Continuity Manager, to maintain the BC Plan and assist with its implementation via coordination with site nominated points of contact and their action plans, plus run an annual BC exercise. Qualifications and/or Skills Essential: Quality Management in MOD aerospace environment Desirable : recognised membership of quality organisation Lead Auditor Trained Previous Experience Essential: at least 5 years as QA Manager of major programme, knowledge of PA requirements. Desirable: satellite engineering
