Comfort and privacy are key features of the WELCOME Service. At most land-based sites, Paradigm cabins contain private booths, which are equipped with a large number of handsets. Additional, cordless telephones allow the user to find a quiet spot from which to make a call.

When a rapid delivery of the welfare service is necessary, Paradigm uses alternative solutions, such as small transportable INMARSAT terminals, to ensure that the service is available wherever the troops are deployed.
