The team provides customer support to the Defence Logistics Organisation for the Skynet 4 and NATO IV spacecraft fleet. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will respond at a moment's notice, using their detailed knowledge of the design and operation of the spacecraft.

Their tasks include the development of operational procedures, trend analysis and supporting ground segment modifications and updates.
