Paradigm has been working to identify further improvements to the WelComE Wi-Fi network, which has resulted in the need to complete onsite installation and testing in certain locations.

A service outage will be required on Monday 18th January 2010 from 04:30 GMT to 13:30 GMT for a period five days. The outage will terminate on Friday 22nd January 2010 at 13:30 GMT.

Paradigm will continue to offer a reduced level of service to as many users as possible during this period, however it may be necessary to withdraw service from time to time to affect network changes.
