The Paradigm team is led by Paradigm Secure Communications and was formed by EADS Astrium, Europe's leading space company, in 1999 to address the emerging military satellite communications services market. Paradigm Secure Communications is contracting with Paradigm Services for full service delivery and EADS Astrium for the Skynet 5 satellites and ground systems. Paradigm Services and EADS Astrium will be drawing on the expertise of team members including Logica, General Dynamics Decision Systems, Cogent DSN, Serco, Cable & Wireless and Stratos.
