References to Paradigm in this web site are to the Paradigm Secure Communications team established by Astrium Limited ("Astrium") as a centre of expertise for the provision of secure communications services or to the separate Paradigm Company which has been selected as preferred bidder for the UK Skynet 5 programme which it is intended that, on completion of successful negotiations with UK MOD, the Skynet 5 programme will be contracted with a company which BAE SYSTEMS and EADS intend to incorporate in England, currently referred to as Paradigm Secure Communications.

References to Paradigm in these terms and conditions are to Astrium Limited acting through its Paradigm Secure Communications team.
