Our customers – Delivering milsatcom services to organisations worldwide

Paradigm has a 17-year contract with the UK MOD for the supply of all satellite communications services and a 15-year contract to supply NATO with SHF SATCOM.

Paradigm also has direct contracts with Netherlands, Portugal, Canada, Belgium, Australia, France and Germany as well as inter-governmental MOU arrangements with countries like the USA and Australia.

  • UK MOD

    A 17 year sole-source contract with UK MOD for the supply of all satcom services ground, space and management segments.

  • NATO

    A 15 year contract to supply NATO with SHF SATCOM (45% of NSP2K requirement). ‏Capacity is used by all NATO nations when on deployment. Through the Skynet constellation, Paradigm provides NATO with: • 300MHz of X-band • DAMA UHF • Measured value for money • Proven high QoS

  • Australian Defence Force

    The Australian Navy needed a solution for maritime operations outside domestic Optus satellite footprint, as well as NATO interoperability. The Memorandum of Understanding between UK and Australia was signed in January 2006 In addition, Paradigm signed a separate contract with the Australian Defence Force for UHF Services in 2007

  • USA – Department of Defence

    USA DoD uses a range of Paradigm services for strategic communications and as a gateway to terrestrial networks. Paradigm was chosen for the technical standard of our bid; our engineering excellence; flexibility; and capability to deliver high bandwidth.

  • Portuguese Navy

    Paradigm provided the Portuguese Navy with X Band Satellite Communications to support its range of Astrium SCOT Terminals. This capacity also utlises the Paradigm UK Infrastructure.
