The Paradigm Customer Care Team provides a first class experience for customers and users. Paradigm is unique in bringing fully staffed commercial best practice into the military arena. With two custom-designed contact centres and a dedicated support team, Paradigm offers an experienced, multi-lingual customer support package that covers:

Our UK-based WelComE Customer Contact Centre (WCCC) is designed to provide customers with a single accessible and convenient point of service. The WCCC exists to provide a speedy and responsive service whenever you need it.

The team of customer service representatives are there to help family and friends who wish to top-up the Paradigm account cards of their loved ones.

The team can also help with all in-theatre queries regarding the WelComE services by providing the following assistance:

  • Card management
  • WelComE account card enquiries
  • Registration for auto top-up service on the “private” side of the account card
  • Families and friends top-ups
  • PIN queries
  • Internet queries
  • Website unblocking requests
  • Fault reports.

The WCCC is open Mon-Fri 0600hrs to 2200hrs (UK time).
